  • To conduct business in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the business sector and other requirements, which the company undertakes to fulfil in order to comply with the requirements of the standards LST EN ISO 9001:2015, LST EN ISO 14001:2015, LST EN ISO 45001:2018;

  • To take measures to ensure that this quality, environmental and occupational health and safety policy is understood by all employees of the company and becomes their primary objective.

  • To plan and execute work and achieve the best economic results, not only by saving resources, but also by creating and maintaining safe and healthful conditions to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.

  • To improve the qualifications of employees, to encourage creative initiative and awareness, to develop their personal responsibility for the quality of work, compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, and the reduction of  environmental pollution, with fair remuneration for the work done and the competences acquired.

  • To comply with legal requirements applicable to the company, develop and implement measures to reduce environmental pollution, use natural resources rationally and efficiently, identify hazards, assess risks and provide risk management and prevention measures.

  • To identify all potential health and safety, environmental and quality risks in company’s activities and, where possible, eliminate or mitigate potential risks immediately.

  • To ensure that the works carried out by the company are efficiently planned, including the use of resources, and that the works are carried out by experienced and competent personnel.

  • To ensure healthy and safe working environment for employees by providing the necessary safety equipment and ergonomic considerations, to help employees to understand their own responsibility for protecting their own and others health and safety, to provide training in occupational safety, and to implement accident and incident prevention measures.

  • Continouesly review and update the process evaluation criteria to ensure that the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety system contributes to the improvement of the company's performance.

  • To communicate openly with stakeholders and take into account their requirements.

All company employees are familiar with the quality, environmental and occupational safety and health policy, objectives and know their responsibilities. This helps to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
